Vintage Sears Roebuck Sz3 Tan Childrens Kids Wool Coat w/Wood Look Buttons & Hat

Here you have a vintage Sears Roebuck size 3, what I believe to be wool, coat with matching hat.  The lining in the hat has a tear at very top peak.  This coat is absolutely adorable.  The buttons look like wood but I think they are a type of plastic or resin.  The measurements, which are approximate,  are as follows:
Underarm to underarm at back...13.5"
Sleeve length from underarm to end...7"
Collar seam to bottom of coat...18.5"
