FINALLY we have combined the Pump RP Valve and the Cupped Brass Piston into a combo listing.
Our BOSS RP CO2 valve has been a huge success and all feedback continues to be very positive.
Now we are offering somewhat the same improvements with the RP for pump models.
It has been angle ported on the exhaust transfer end of the valve... and has an increase in valve body displacement.
What is this designed to do?  It flows better from the valve.  It also allows you to pump more volume of pressure into the valve.  Both of these incrementally improve your fps.  Oh... and it costs less.
Modders know that getting a little more from each mod can really add up.  This valve adds.
Put a stronger hammer spring, an extended probe, a longer barrel, etc. and the impact of these cumulative mods can really add up. Most reports are an additional 100+ fps at 20 pumps.
Pump to ten or less for stock performance... unless you need extra power. When you do need the extra power and /or distance, then pump to 20 or so.
This Custom Modified Crosman part is freshly new (not old stock) and has never been used or installed.
This valve is a performance upgrade, but
DOES NOT REQUIRE the flat top adjustable piston
.  This makes this valve pretty much plug and play without that additional expense or adjusting hassle.
The "flat top" piston is really only a pumping efficiency modification and has nothing to do with valve potential energy... only maybe less pumps.  So this valve gives you the same greater potential as a flat top, but your pumping efficiency is unchanged (so you will pump past ten pumps for your maximum power).
Most customers report that their sweet spot (number of pumps before the valve retains pressure after a shot) is in the 17 to 22 pumps range.
It has only been modified as described above.
It is a complete valve assembly and
does
include all of the internal parts plus the external o-ring.
