CUSTOMIZED BOSS Metal Transfer Port
for Crosman 2240 1377 1322 PC77 2300 2400 bACKPACKER etc.
INCREASES TRANSFER AREA 25%
NOTE: WILL NOT FIT MEDALIST OR REAR COCKING 13XX MODELS.
It is the part marked #35 in the 2nd Picture.
This Customized BOSS transfer port is NOT ONLY UNRESTRICTED, it is OPENED UP over 25% (ID surface area).
Lets not be confused by others claming 25% WIDER!  That would never work or fit at all.  It is the surface areA of the ID that is increased 25%
The Canadian and UK guns have restricted (smaller ID) transfer ports to lower the power of the guns to 6 fpe or less.
US stock transfer ports are about .140 ID and compared to the Canadian/UK guns, we call this unrestricted in comparison.
This transfer port is not only unrestricted, it is opened up to about .158 (which is an increase in ID area of over 25%).
Don't worry, the outer dimensions remain the same, so it will fit the transfer port gasket and the barrel port the same as a stock unit.  Also, even though we have opened it up significantly, it is not so much that it weakens the strength / integrity of the transfer port.
These will work just fine in a stock gun (with stock valve) and will help a bit with CO2 / air flow (if the transfer port is a weak link in your gun's transfer system.  It certainly will not hurt.
These will combine nicely with your BOSS or BOSS RP valves in ensuring (again) that the stock transfer port is not a pinch point or can help the increased flow transfer from these HOT valves.
I see some call it a tube connector, but this is the metal transfer port that IS between the tube and the barrel to channel the CO2 from the valve to the barrel.
These customized Crosman parts are freshly new (not old stock) and have never been used or installed.
They have been modified only as described.
